I went to Tichi with a recently bought used car from a dealership that was presenting problems we weren't told about... during the purchase. Kash ran a diagnostic and immediately found the problem as well as a few additional issues that we weren't aware of and explained everything to me in understandable terms. I really needed my car back so he worked over the weekend during the pandemic to get it done. He also gave us advice on what we could do to get what we could back from the dealership. I cant recommended Tichi enough for all your car troubles; speedy, professional and extremely friendly and helpful. I would give 6 stars if I could.read more

I used the service at Tichi Auto Repair for our first time and will continue to bring our business. To start they... delivered as promised when my vehicle would get in and a prompt phone call with the findings. They broke it down by part, manufacture the reason why to go that way, price and the date/time for pick up. Once we arrived at the location I noticed the cleanliness and relaxed feeling I got of the place. I was shown to the back of the shop to have a see of the old parts and the condition they were in.
When given the invoice it was also explained to me, what all the work that went on to get the job done.

Extremely welcoming and helpful. They charged me a great price for a battery change and answered all my questions. They... got the job finished within a few hours even though were a number cars ahead of mine. Kash was friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable as a young woman that I was not going to be taken for a fool.
Kash went above and beyond to fix up my parents vehicle. He stated late to finish the job, despite closing at 4PM that day. Their vehicle is 16 years old and he was able to find all the parts needed. He gave professional service, was knowledgeable, hard-working and courteous.

Well folks if you are on the North close to St. Albert you have now the opportunity to try out a relatively new auto... repair place. They recently completed a oil change and 21 point inspection with nothing to report. Service was prompt I came in The day before to see if I could bring In our summer toy for a oil change! Oh sure was the 1st response. Music to my ears. In and out in less than a hour.
No difficulties to report. Only that the Building is brand new and they are still ironing out some kinks. Friendly stAff.

Had my front brake pads and rotors changed today. They stuck to their estimate which was very reasonable and under... other places I called around to (way under the dealership). I dropped my truck (2014 F-150 5.0) off this morning and had it back in a few hours. The dealership would have kept it all day.
I'm very pleased with the work done, their honesty, professionalism and pricing. I'll be going back there for sure. Their facility is clean and shop is well appointed.
