I brought my wife’s car in to get checked out for a steering issue after taking it to the dealership and was quoted an astronomical amount to fix it. They have excellent customer service. They are friendly. Explained everything that they were going to do and gave me a rough quote prior to starting the work. Should me the broken parts and explained the work that they did. Broke down the cost, so that I knew exactly what I was paying for and they worked late in order to get my vehicle back to me before I needed it to go to work. So pleased with everything and they guarantee thier work.

I went to Tichi with a recently bought used car from a dealership that was presenting problems we weren't told about during the purchase. Kash ran a diagnostic and immediately found the problem as well as a few additional issues that we weren't aware of and explained everything to me in understandable terms. I really needed my car back so he worked over the weekend during the pandemic to get it done. He also gave us advice on what we could do to get what we could back from the dealership. I cant recommended Tichi enough for all your car troubles; speedy, professional and extremely friendly and helpful. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I have gotten my winter tires changed here along with rotation and a oil change. The price was lower then iv been paying at dealerships and the staff are always professional and polite. I will definitely continue coming here.
