  I went to Tichi with a recently bought used car  from a dealership that was presenting problems we weren't told about during the purchase. Kash ran a diagnostic and immediately found the problem as well as a few additional issues that we weren't aware of and explained everything to me in understandable terms. I really needed my car back so he worked over the weekend during the pandemic to get it done. He also gave us advice on what we could do to get what we could back from the dealership.
